In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect. Our food & beverage services may be limited. We are also taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff so certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result.
Our current food hours are 6:00pm-8:00pm and breakfast is served from 8am-9am
Please note, if booking for a Friday or Saturday The Silverton Inn has a late weekend bar licence and maybe open until 12.30am
Payment
We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards. For group bookings or more than 3 rooms, we do require a 50% deposit.
Cancellation policy
A credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation and payment will be taken 2 days prior to arrival. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 10:00 hotel local time 2 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the entire stay will be charged.
Group Bookings
For group bookings of more than 3 rooms a 50% deposit will be required.
The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled after 10:00 hotel local time 2 weeks before your date of arrival. The full balance will be charged if the booking is cancelled 10:00 hotel local time 2 days before your arrival.
When you book with us, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid direct at the time to the hotel or other supplier.
We do not accept any stag or hen parties.
