I stopped here for a few nights each week over the whole Summer and can not fault the place.Room was always spotless, food delicious and staff friendly.The locals/regulars are all very friendly and strike the balance perfectly between knowing who would appreciate just a polite hello vs a full conversation.Great value for money on both the accommodation and food.The room I often stayed in was directly above the pub and even during the World Cup the noise wasn’t unreasonable/unexpected - I often went to bed quite early (9pm) and never had any issues with noise. Would thoroughly recommend.- Chris
This is our 2nd stay at Silverton. We had the premium King size room which was clean, spacious and comfortable. The room was well equipped with all we needed and access to Wi-Fi. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was clean and modern.The stay included breakfast which was ordered the night before. Breakfast was good, bacon and sausages were good quality and cooked perfectly.Overall great value and was a perfect place to stay after university drop off in Exeter. The only downside was finding a place to park nearby but would definitely recommend. .- Ann J
