Booked a 2 night stay. Very friendly reception when we arrived and throughout the stay. We booked a table for dinner and the food was lovely, service excellent.The room was very good on the first floor with an ensuite.The only thing I can say is that for anyone with mobility difficulties it may not be ideal. I have difficulty walking and the stairs we very steep and I did struggle a bit. This is understandable as the building is an old building that has been renovated to a high standard.If we are in the area again we would book this Inn again.- O A T
I came to The Silverton Inn on Monday 2 March and stayed two nights.The room far exceeded my expectations: large and spacious with a king sized bed, and there was a stairs leading up to another very spacious area.The shower was very comfortable and easy to use.There were nice views across the street with its historic thatched houses.The room was very well cleaned during my stay and the hospitality tray replenished.I opted for the full English breakfast which was very nicely cooked.Staff throughout were polite, pleasant and welcoming. - G
